Brought all hats for past 30 years from Locks and never had a single problem. Got a muirfield cap to replace my old one which is now too small. In first wash the new one has fallen apart. If Locks quality has dropped so much a hat falls apart then it's time to buy my hats elsewhere. After many weeks they have not bothered to reply to my emails regarding cap. Their hats are not made in UK. Their mass produced outside UK and shipped to hatters around the world for them to fit their own labels.
