Got a muirfield cap to replace my old one which is now too small.
In first wash the new one has fallen apart.
If Locks quality has dropped so much a hat falls apart then it's time to buy my hats elsewhere.
After many weeks they have not bothered to reply to my emails regarding cap.
Their hats are not made in UK.
Their mass produced outside UK and shipped to hatters around the world for them to fit their own labels.”
“My wife and I visited the shop on Thursday 16th December 2021 and as soon as we entered the shop we were completely ignored by all of the staff. They just walked past us without asking if we needed any help, they seemed be preoccupied with all the tourists in the shop. It was our first and definitely our last visit to this shop. Very disappointed.”
