Ordered a set of Benefit eyebrow superstar products on 20% discount for £42. As this was a good price I placed my order on 4th November with LookFantastic. Recieved wrong shade in post and was told to contact Royal Mail to arrange pickup myself, which I had to pay for, and LookFantastic now have my returned item (14th November Royal Mail returned it to them) and they still have my money. Live chat super slow and uninformative, as they keep asking me to confirm things I've already explained! Not impressed. Where's my item exchange or money back?!
