“Used to be good. Now they use Royal Mail. Delivered my product to a completely wrong house (not even in my apartment building) - then accused me of not going around my neighbourhood looking for the lost package when I raised the issue with them. Still no refund of this high value item - no refund, no package. I wouldnt buy from this site, completely different experience with Cult Beauty and Sephora”

“Please don't sign up to their subscription service, absolutely scam. I signed up for their Jan 25 box, expected arrival 8/1/25. In box should have been Peter Roth eye tightening cream, elemis cleansing balm, this works pamper leg cream, dr Paw Paw facial.mist, Philip Kingsley hair product, lip balm. Item did not arrive so chased last week to which told item now on the way. Received item today, 4 items in box all absolute rubbish I will not use. Pale lemon silk hair scrunchies, lip pencil in horrid dark colour, espa mini conditioner and powder puff applied. Won't use any of them. When I queried the box not arriving they did not mention am alternative box. Now the company will not refund my money or send the ordered item without me going to the hassle at own cost to return. Don't use this company, customer service is appalling Date of experience: 27 January 2025”

“PLEASE SAVE YOUR MONEY & YOUR TIME & DO NOT BUY FROM THIS COMPANY!!! This company sent me out a faulty product which I bought for a present for someone. This product was a pricey bottle of perfume that was completely broken and unusable. When I contacted this company about my issue, they were really unhelpful and made things really awkward for me to get a refund back from them. They were continuously asking me irrelevant questions about the product and asking for details that wasn’t even written on the product or perfume box like if it had an “expiry date” in which it didn’t! They used trick questions as the product never had either of the details they asked me for and I was told if I couldn’t answer them then the situation couldn’t be solved! I sent over all proof of images of the product, close up pictures of the information on the packaging and was still told they couldn’t see the pictures clearly! Funny that.. They NEVER once asked if I could return the product and investigate from there, they were just being really awkward with me and Unnecessary! To avoid me returning the product they just kept asking me irrelevant questions and to top that, it would take days to even get a reply back from them and when I eventually did it was alway by another member of staff that would start off a whole knew conversation and would return back to the beginning asking AGAIN the same lot of questions that i had already answered!! I believe they were doing this in hopes that eventually you’d get frustrated, give up and stop contacting them but that wasn’t going to happen with me. Eventually I had to threaten them with taking the matter further which funny enough THEN I was contacted and told I would get a refund. I sent the product back to them and the whole lot started again!! I was told if I sent the item back they would pay all cost (postage & packaging) & guess what.. I DIDNT! Until I had to go on to them again, again & again until they caved in and sent me back my money!!! Even though firstly they put it into my online look fantastic account so I could ONLY use it on whatever else that I decided to order In the future from them and this even had an expiry date😲 WHAT AN ABSOLUTE JOKE!!!! I told them I’d never be ordering from them again and that they better remove the money from my account and back into my bank account in which eventually they did do WEEKS & WEEKS LATER!! It’s really sad that this company’s is getting away with being happy enough to take peoples money but in no way happy to communicate with customers to resolve these sort of matters. If this was a legit site, they wouldn’t be acting like scammers! I have never known a company like it and that’s the honest truth. Please please please save your money and time and do not order from this company, even if products are getting sold for less money. It’s a TRAP! You’ll spend more money & time trying to solve a problem they’ve caused you! If I could give them zero stars then they’d be getting non from me. Absolutely Appalling!”

“Dreadful customer service! I took out a new subscription to the Look Fantastic beauty box in January 2025, expecting also to receive the free Welcome box as advertised on their website. No sign of it. When I queried this with CS, they said I could not have it as I had not added it to the basket at checkout. When I explained I had neither seen a button to add it nor instructions to do so, I was basically told "Tough!" and offered a measly £5 store credit. So short-sighted of LF. There are so many other beauty box subscriptions out there (Glossybox, Cohortd, OK! Beauty, etc.) and so many other places to spend money on beauty products. I will never be spending any more money with LF - and I will advise my friends and family and all my followers on my Socials who are thinking of subscribing to the LF beauty box not to do so - go with Glossybox etc. instead.”

“When my first withdrawal attempt was denied after three months of investing, I knew something wasn't right. After I abruptly lost access to my account balance, which was over $231,285, customer care ignored my complaints and gave me the runaround. I talked to a colleague who suggested getting in touch with Bruce Nora recovery because I was frustrated and didn't know what to do. “Completely the wrong items were delivered on an expensive order. (not slightly wrong - completely different items which cannot be used) Support staff refuse to correct the mistake and send the correct products, until they have received the incorrect items back - time and effort on our end despite their mistake. AND their support portal errors out when trying to complete the return with the voucher they provided. [I am dealing with this on behalf of my partner as she does not have time to argue and resolve]”

“On 1st December I purchased some make up that was apparently dispateched on 6th Dec 2024. My order number is 637806732. The parcel has now gone lost (as visible from the tracking number on Evri webite). I therefore asked for a refund and instead, WITHOUT asking me anything, the customer service has told me they have sent a replacement and they cannot give me a refund. They never asked me whether I wanted a replacement, and not even if I wanted to use the same address. I will not be home to receive the parcel for the next month; Evri leaves all parcels unattended in the building hall, so the parcel is as good as lost again (someone will lift it and take it seeing there for a month!). The make up was a gift, so at this point I don't even have use for it. I want my money back! It is my right. I explained everything to the customer service but they refused to refund me. This is dishonest and illegal. I have the right to be refunded if the parcel is lost; I never asked for a replacement in the first place. Everything is documented in the messages I sent to Lookfantastic via their help centre. I hope writing here will help solving the problem. If not, I am ready to report them to Paypal and ultimately take legal action via the bank if needed. This is really unacceptable.”

“On the 21st of November, I ordered a Tom Ford Black Orchid Eau De Parfum 100ml from Lookfantastic for £102. I didn't get any notification email as expected from the site and am still waiting to receive my order. There is no easy way to contact them on their website, not even an email address. This is truly a SCAM company and no one should be fooled to buy anything from them no matter how cheap it looks!”

“The website has numerous spelling errors, brokers scam links, and missing images which raises a fake company, I invested $173,883.00 on 1st April on the 22th April I found out they are professional scammers so I tried to withdraw as much as I can on my profits but they allow only me $355,000 at a time monthly so I withdrew $355,000 but the money was never transferred to my bank account . It stayed pending .The woman who lured me into investing with this company begged me to cancel the withdrawal but I did not . Next they changed personal this time a man who seemed friendly and accepted to release my withdrawal if I cancel the the present action because the deposit was on 1st and withdrawal on the 22nd the financial inspector will think it’s money laundering .He said that today Saturday 26th April he will transfer the money . In the mean time they have denied me access to my account, waiting won't be of any help so I reported this case to the FBI and the FinCEN immediately I was referred to contact a man called alexi victim with an email address alexivictimhelps @ mail . com who helped me recover all my funds back but still this company on people who did this haven't been caught”

“I made an order 12/11/24 and on 30/11/2024 I still don't have the said item! Customer service is automated AI. You get nowhere with it. The box has now been sent three times and returned three times. I asked to have it delivered directly to my home since Royal mail are incapable of delivering it to a shop, as a gesture of goodwill for the inconvenience it has cost. More AI 'we are happy to give you a refund', even though I want the box!! They make it sound like they are doing me a favour by giving me a refund but they need to give me a refund as I never got the box. Useless customer service they don't even read the message where I asked for direct answers. I give up!!”
