DO NOT BUY ANYTHING FROM THIS WEB. YOU CANNOT CANCEL IT AFTER YOU PLACED. I ordered one product on Nov. 27, 2020. But I found a cheaper price in Walmart so I tried to cancel this one but failed, it always showed "Unable to cancel order, there are no cancellable products" I thought maybe it's successful for cancellation but don't receive any confirmation mail at all. So I contacted customer service (really hard to reach out) and she told me my order cannot cancel because it's gonna dispatch shortly! Seriously? In one day you can dispatch the order? If so, why the website shows my product estimated dispatch day is on Nov. 30, 2020? The workers need to prepare 3 days in dispatched process? And the customer service called it "shortly", maybe the UK's time is faster than the US?
