Placed an order a week ago and still no despatch. Tried to cancel the whole order, they have cancelled 1 item from the order but not the other 4 which makes no sense. When I asked why they haven’t cancelled the whole order, they said they can’t cancel as it’s already being processed. Well why have they been able to cancel one item. Makes no sense. Either give me a dispatch date or a refund. I have now had to do all my Christmas shopping elsewhere as I’m worried they won’t arrive on time or at all. They are liars, scammers and I won’t be using them again. Avoid at all costs.
