Ordered £40 worth of make-up on the 15th Nov. I have almost given up hope of receiving this parcel. Just get fobbed off with automated responses or 'we're looking in to it'. This company is only interested in generating NEW SALES and could not give a damn about resolving any problems (of their making). I think they should be reported to Watchdog. I'd like to see that CEO of Hut Group try and justify their non-existent Customer services. I shall never order from this 'company' again and, as many have suggested, it is probably a scam. I feel my only hope is to try and pursue a refund through Paypal.
