I placed an order over £100 on 23rd November, received a message to say items dispatched. I then received another message saying there is a slight delay and on the 'track my order" (which I believe to be fake now) on 25th, then everyday till today 8th Dec . Sent numerous messages to customer care, told to wait 24, 48, 72, 5-6 days, then told they were investigating my claim. Still not heard back, last message to me said that sorry it says delivered and closed the contact. It doesn't say that on track order and still no order Will never use again and will be tweeting about avoid this company!
