The worst client support I’ve ever seen before!!!!! I made an order on Black Friday, and got good discount and some gifts. They canceled my order in 2 hours without any reason. I’ve been trying to contact with them for 2 weeks!!!! But they could answer in two days or not answer at all!!!!! Every time they asked for my details (name, email, order number etc) and said that the Risk team will contact with me!!!! But ... nothing.... At the end they said that I should buy it one more time (without Black Friday deal). But I was waiting almost for one month for Black Friday!!! The worst service!!!! Please don’t buy anything on Lookfantastic!!!!!!!!
