Placed an order Nov 20th and was quickly dispatched on the 23rd. Expected the package to arrive Dec 2nd as per tracking. After a few days late, I tried contacting them for an update. Took a week for them to reply with an automated reply... tried to contact again but had to go back in queue?! Got fed up and tried to DM them on instagram and found hundreds of people with the same problem. Understandable that packages are late due to covid and holiday season but no communication with your worried customers and gave false shipping arrival dates?! Was no able to give my friend her birthday present. It finally arrived yesterday... a month after I ordered when it was supposed to arrive 3 weeks ago... Never ever order from this company due to their lack of customer service.
