The worst experience ever. I placed a big order for over £300 on Black Friday sale, getting Christmas presents for my family and myself. Hermes tracking says the order was delivered, and includes a blurry photo of literally NOTHING. I am trying to get my refund for undelivered package and I still don’t have it. There is no telephone contact and it takes them around 3-5 days to respond to each message. It’s just dragging for so long and I am so frustrated with the service. Had to sort out my Christmas shopping last minute, and will definitely NEVER order with look fantastic again. P.S. Hermes don’t reply to my email for nearly 2 weeks now. 🤦‍♀️🤦‍♀️🤦‍♀️🤦‍♀️
