Ordered a hair dryer on the 9/12/20. Tried to cancel 5 times as it wasn’t going to arrive in time. Could not cancel Order, live chat was not available and you couldn’t reply to emails sent by customer services. Their excuse was I have 2 accounts but I had tried to cancel on both using the order number everytime. The order was not there to view on any of my account. Hair dryer arrived now have to print out a returns form full of block black printing, used all my ink now have to drive an hour round trip to take back to the post office. Company is absolutely useless, customer service is appalling.
