Used them before and were fine - and then this time, it was odd. They took two payments, split my order, sent me one product (5 quid), and denied the rest of the order (90 quid) exists.
Why scam people when have loyal customers?
Took the luxury right out of the luxury 'salon only' brands. Salon and scam-site only brands, more like.
