I have been using this site for over a year now and I always received my order within 3 days in Ireland. I was always satisfied. This time I ordered in early January and nothing arrived. I believe Irish customers may not get the service now due to difficulties in Britain due to Brexit. I would be reluctant to order again. I have had no satisfaction. I think many companies in the U.K may change now. .ie does not mean its coming from Ireland. Such a pity because this company was reliable but I am not sure now after this experience. No sign of my order or an offer of my €50 back fir my shampoo.
