It’s the second time in a row that I have problem with my parcel. If it happens once, ok, it might happen with any company, alright... as the prices were ok, I decided to give it one more go (my mistake) I’ve made a purchase of 190€ and only after the payment was completed they showed the 2 items were still waiting stock. (but if you check the website right now, they will be showing up as availabe!) Besides that, The same old story, on the website it says the orders are delivered within 24h, which is a misleading advertising. At the checkout, the estimated delivery is from 7-10 days. When I got the purchase confirmation, the delivery forecast was changed to around 13 working days!To sum up, no order delivered, no refund, no decent customer service, now I doubt if it’s really a registered company, I’m pretty sure they’re real scammers, I’m very stressed and deff believe that the Consumer Rights should stop scammers of spreading losses around the world!
