I ordered an item on the 7th of January. Having seen poor reviews and social media posts from frustrated customers woth undelivered items I became concerned and tried to cancel the order several times in the following week. I was told repeatedly that my order had been dispatched so it could not be refunded even though I had received messages from the company within that time apologising for the fact that my order had NOT been dispatched. Eventually I was notified that the item had been dispatched but it never arrived. In the tracking system it said the order was delivered on 26th January but the courier company confirmed for me that this was a mistake. I have been back and forth with customer service ever since through the messaging system on the website and direct messages on Instagram. I have received no information other than that the matter is being investigated. This company seems to be legitimate but their service is so bad I feel I am being scammed. I'm disappointed with my own experience so far but what makes me extremely anxious is the amount of customers posting online with a similar experience or worse. It's horrifying. They need to provide their customers with more information or better yet provide them with their orders. I would recommend avoiding this company completely
