I received an email which stated I would receive a mystery beauty bag free with an order over £70 site wide. So I purchased my cosmetics over £70 and inserted the code. I never received my free mystery bag. They stated that some of my products in my order weren’t included despite the offer saying site wide. Very misleading stating site wide when it clearly is not. Not only that I’m constantly spending on their site. That month alone I’d spent £200-£300, but they refused to give it me so I’ll never order with team again. I’ll stick with feelunique or beauty bay from now on. I’ve uploaded the email so you can see it clearly states site wide and there was no small print!
