Ordered 2 separate aftershaves. Both boxes arrived but one open & no aftershave in it. Customer services said not there problem as it left the warehouse. Delivery company said it wasn’t there problem as they just deliver.
Very poor customer service e at Lookfantastic. They won’t reply to me & are extremely difficult to contact.
