Item I bought said it was delivered, it wasn’t. These things can sometimes happen due to human error or whatever. But the customer service here is almost comically bad.
They refuse to resolve via PayPal, with no explanation as to why. (Probably so PayPal has to pay out a refund and not them).
They refuse to resolve via their OWN customer service verified iMessage service!!! With no explanation!
They have an email that was sent from “Billy-Jo” their customer relations executive, which I couldn’t even reply to as the email bounces back (due to a full inbox = red flag)
They refuse to sort via their Instagram! They hide the negative comments or have a speedy PR response that is copied and pasted, with no intention of resolve!
They say I have to sort this by making an account with them on their website!! Erm, why??? When I’ve seen comments of people unable to subscribe from their spamming!!
They have made no effort in just under a week to contact the delivery service on my behalf or rectify in any way. They’ve left it up to me to waste my time.
Truly truly unbelievable customer service from the depths of hell, and I’m not even exaggerating. Takes days to reply and yet any public social media complaint is quickly replied to with false reassuring cr*p.
