Sadly or more pure frustration wise, I’m experiencing all the issues of the other reviews. Ordered something a month ago and still hasn’t arrived. They said they would resend it and it still hasn’t arrived. The notifications from the couriers regarding delivery from HERMES?? saying when parcel will be delivered l. Even saying will be delivered today but wasn’t. Horrendous and scandalous customer service. There was never an issue pre Brexit bit never again. I’m fuming!!!
