Item was never delivered and Look Fantistic are useless at helping! They keep insisting I fill out a form and upload it, though they are not helping me with the instructions n how to do this. As well as me stating that the details requested on the form have already been given, MANY TIMES! I don't feel that a customer who has paid and didn't receive an item, should have to do all that admin! I will not use again and not recommend
