My order was never received despite the delivery status says it was delivered. The customer service only gave me a form to fill but cannot even gave me a simple clear instruction of where I should upload the form. She didn't even give any useful information about how they would handle this. Except for filling the form the customer service is completely useless. I wonder if anyone had received their replaced item yet due to missing in delivery.
