Be careful. Fraud. Ordered an Estee Lauder product from lookfantastic instead of other cheaper website because of an offer they had of complimentary gift: Estée Lauder 6-Piece Exclusive Autumn Gift Set https://www.lookfantastic.com/estee-lauder.../13326969.html Worth £88. They shipped it without letting me know it's not available (so I was too late to cancel) When I emailed them about it they said: "The Estée Lauder 6-Piece Exclusive Autumn Gift Set is no longer available and therefore the item had to be cancelled. We are unable to cancel the rest of your order as it has already been delivered on the 04/10/2021. If there is anything else that we can do, then please do not hesitate to get in touch and a member of our team will be happy to help." If they would have let me know in advance I would have cancelled. They sent an email it's cancelled - AFTER they shipped the other products. *Also*, it's available from October 7 on the site so instead of shipping it later they just cancelled it. They could have shipped it a few days later but they didn't have any intention to send that gift. This is fraud. Don't buy in lookfantastic.
