It is a SCAM! They kept saying they had already issued a refund to my bank account, but I never received it. I asked them to give me the transaction details, but they avoided the question. They just asked me to check with my bank. It is so ridiculous! They should find out who they actually issued the refund to? Is this an internal fraud?! I will complain it to the citizen advice bureau.
