Ordered a shampoo and conditioner duo, only received the conditioner. I messaged them to try to get the missing shampoo. At first I was offered a refund or a replacement, so I choose for the replacement as it was for a gift. They then made me confirm my order details. After that, they then said the would offer me a 50% refund out of “good will”. Absolute joke, don’t see why they couldn’t just give me the shampoo that they messed up giving me in the first place. It’s not out of stock so just want the shampoo. And the refund wouldn’t even cover buying just the shampoo again!!
