Terrible Website. I ordered a set of 4 items and they sent me only one item of 4 that should have been shipped. I rang the customer service phone number and they hung up on me 3 times after waiting an hour and 10 minutes on hold in total. Customer service was abismal. Offered me 50 percent of my money back. Don't bother buying Kerastase or any other product from this company.
