Four missing items from my order. Contacted their customer service, kept getting a message saying they are still investigating with the courier. Today, I received a message that they have completed the investigation, they are not going to send the missing items, no refund, close my account and said they will not accept any order from me anymore. It's a well-run scam. Please DO NOT order anything from this company, I only wish I had read the reviews.
