Lost order, terrible customer service process!! I've always loved Look Fantastic and have had no issues, until now. My parcel said it was delivered but it wasn't delivered to my address as it's nowhere to be seen. In order to get the goods sent out to me or get a refund, you have to download their 'Non-Receipt of Goods' form and sign your signature. They don't accept an e-signature or a scanned in signature (I used the one that I use for all of my legal docs but they rejected it), they said that I either needed to print it at a print shop (I'm a freelancer and don't have/need a printer at home) or they would send one out in the post - delaying getting my goods delivered to me, and being even worse for the planet than using paper to sign on - they would be delivering it as well! I'm in complete shock at how old fashioned, bad for the environment and completely time-wasting for a customer who hasn't received their order this is!!
