I contacted Look Fantastic to return an item I had purchased, and request a refund. They sent me out a returns label (two different ones! So, that was the first confusion.. But we eventually got around that) I packaged up my item, and on April 18th, returned it via Royal Mail tracked post. I kept my receipt as proof of postage. One week later, I'd heard nothing to contacted them via Whatsapp to chase up the return/refund (another frustration - there is no email or phone number! Only customer service via WhatsApp!) They asked me to provide proof of postage so I sent them the photo of my reciept/certificate of postage. On the 24th April, someone advised me on WhatsApp that they had not yet received my parcel. Yet today (29th April), a courier has just arrived at my house and REDELIVERED THE SAME ITEM to me?!!! Look Fantastic had CLEARLY received the item as it had been unpacked and reboxed for sending BACK OUT to me?! Yet I have received nothing from them to explain WHY the item has been sent back out to me?! Furious! (Not to mention that in the current Covid 19 lockdown, it is not ideal to have to make return trips to post offices where there are long queues etc) DO NOT USE THIS COMPANY! Shocking customer service
