Worst service ever!! Ordered their Kérastase Sulphate Free shampoo 4x now and EVERYTIME they send me the “Gentle” shampoo which contains sulphates. Every time!!!!
It is not easy returning it either - it is labour and time intensive. You need to email them, send pics wait for the 100 questions asked and them they send you the returns instructions. Whereafter you need to rebox and return via the post office! Will never, ever order from them again!!!
