I ordered goods on 3rd May 2020, to date I am still waiting for my delivery. They use the worst courier service in Ireland Fastway, cheap. Can't get any response from either Fastway or Lookfantastic, they take your money and then will not acknowledge your complaint.
Do not under any circumstances order from this company. I received a delivery from another company in the UK in less than a week. Yet 25 days later I'm still waiting.
