I tried to answer the question "Sorry to hear that you had a bad experience with Lookfantastic, What went wrong?" - Everything is wrong with the company and how the handle Customer order. PLEASE DO NOT ORDER FROM THIS COMPANY. 1. Bad Customer Service - don't expect a reply at all 2. No Tracing - 2 months and still waiting......despite the Covid-19 - they dont delivered, they can't track, nobody knows where you order is 3. I've spent USD1,000 - and 0 delivery....none was delivered! 4. I need 0 star as the worst ever company I've ever purchased. 5. If you have plan to buy from here, expect this is a scammed company. I am still waiting for my orders dated 2 months back (April and now its June - and received none)
