This is a scam company. They are plenty of complaint in their fb. They are unable to provide courier company contact details hence request to refund. Status show item recall back but 1.5 months still have not reach their warehouse. I’m very sure they never even ship out hence unable to provide contact details. Raise issue to Amex on fraud case n request for refund. Any victims pls request dispute with your credit card company n make a police report to Block this company website hosting their server in your country.
