I placed an order which I should have received two weeks ago. Upon tracking it was clear there was some sort of problem. I emailed lookfantastic and they claimed there was no problem as they had been in touch with the delivery company and I should get my delivery. There was no time frame given or an explanation as to why I hadn’t received the order yet. They told me I was able to track my order through my original email which I did once again after a few days had passed and I had still not received my order to find a message saying they wouldn’t be able to deliver and that I would have to contact lookfantastic. I sent this message as proof to them and asked for my money back.
It is clear to me that it was never going to be delivered and I don’t know why they didn’t say as much and fobbed me off like that. I don’t appreciate being messed about particularly as I was looking forward to receiving my order asap.
All in all I have been waiting over 3 weeks for an order that was never going to arrive which is not on. Lookfantastic must have known this but only acknowledged it when I provided proof. At no time did they get in touch to let me know that there was a problem or explain the delay or apologise for the inconvenience caused. It was down to me to chase and sort out.
I have now placed the order elsewhere and I won’t be shopping there again.
