I will never use this company again. Purchased a 50ml bottle of Clinique Happy Heart from them. It arrived quickly. I opened it and sprayed some on, but it had hardly any smell and smelt nothing at all like previous bottles I had purchased from Boots. I emailed them and they asked me to supply the details on the bottle I.e. batch number etc. They replied saying they had checked and as far as they were concerned there was nothing wrong with it. I replied saying I was still not happy and wished to return the bottle and have a refund. They then replied saying as far as they were concerned the perfume had been opened (obviously I had to open it to know it did not smell right) and that because it had been opened it could not be returned. I told them it was not fit for purpose, but they replied saying sorry nothing they can do. Not happy and would never ever recommend this company
