I ordered l’anza shampoo and conditioner last Thursday, I had an e-mail to say it would be delivered by Hermes on Saturday whilst I was out! No card was left in my post box (I do not have a letter box in my door), Each flat is allocated a small post box in a communial hallway where it is not safe to leave parcels as anyone can come in off the street using the trade button for access to the building! According to the Hermes delivery driver and photo taken by him, my order was left on top of the post boxes But I still do not have my order in my possession! I have contacted look fantastic And Hermes several times regarding this matter asking for my Order to be re-sent or a refund issued and they have not been helpful at all! I will be seeking legal advice from my solicitor in regards to the stress and inconvenience caused by the incompetence and unprofessionalism of both companies in this instance!! I will not be shopping here again in future and Hermes are just awful anyway, why anyone in their right mind would use them is beyond me!!
