I wasn't planning to write a review but I think that this company deserves it. I paid for fast delivery, which was suposed to come within 1-2 days and even after 4 days, my stuff didn't arrive. I received an email from look fantastic informing me that the delivery failed since nobody was home ( which is not true, because there is always someone ). Apart from that, I received a phone call this early morning (from the delivery guy) informing me that they will not do the delivery today, since I leave a bit far, they have a lot of work today and for these reasons, they will pass by tomorrow. Not only that I couldn't take my products on time, but I even paid extra for fast delivery. For sure I will NEVER buy from this website again. p.s at the moment that you are planning to cheat your client, I highly recommend you to coordinate with your delivery company first :).
