Lookfanstic was offering 25% on all purchase so I applied the promotional code and saw the price was discounted. However, I was charged for the original price. I also found Amazon selling the same product for $10 less so I sent it a screenshot and contacted them to either cancel the order or do price match. They said that the order was already submitted to the warehouse, they will be able to process a refund after I ship back the item. When I received the item, I sent them an email to inquire about the return. They now said that I have to pay for the shipping fee in order to get a refund. The shipping fee is too high for me to shop back so I have to accept the fact to drop the case. I will never shop from this company. I should just order it from Amazon to save all the trouble.
