I ordered two times only from this website. Luckily I didn’t have any problems with them. However, my friend ordered from them in early aug. Until now she still hasn’t received anything from them so she contacted them. They said she should have contacted them within 40 days and now they are unable to track the item. I could not find it on their website. They said they are not going to replace and refund. Does anybody know whether they have breached the consumer rights act 2015 ? So no product and no money back. That’s the risk that every customer has to take. Why would a customer near the risk. I will definitely ask all my friends not to order from them ! Why would the customer bear the risk from them. My friend was trying to be understanding because of the COVID issue so the delivery must be delayed. Rubbish company. Horrible customer service. No credibility!
