Never got informed my order was delayed. They advertised a logitech G29 steering wheel to be dispatched in 4 working days so I placed and paid for the order. The payment confirmation then showed it would take 10 days. Then it ramained on outstanding for an extra week past the promised dispatched date which was already later than their advertised turn around time. Never had any communication from them regarding the delays. I sent a few emails requesting a refund according to their terms and conditions and sent them my banking details. It took them ages to respond and finally I got a response saying the order had been cancelled and my account credited even though I suppled banking details, so I had to resubmit my banking details resulting in another time delay, which I have now done today. Fingers crossed they will respond this time and process the refund so I can purchase the wheel from takealot who has excellent turnaround times and customer support. Never again Loot. I learnt my lesson.
