I ordered my box early April & the website said it would ship late April/early May. Never got any update & when the theme had changed and I had moved from the address listed on the delivery, I cancelled everything & requested a refund since I never received a package or update on the order. After my email, I then get an email from Lootcrate customer service saying the package was shipped to my old address & if I want a refund I’ll have to get the package back to them. I live 4+ hours away… I wouldn’t order from them.
