They took over $300 and NEVER shipped anything. Nothing, nada, zilch. Customer service emails bounce back undeliverable.

Do not waste your money on this company. Not only did I have to send multiple emails to figure out my order, it just so happened to be shipping a week after my email requesting a refund after waiting since April. I was sent 4 garbage items I could have found on temu for less of the cost. one of which is just paper. For the price you spend it is by no means worth it. I figured I would given them a try after enjoying my previous boxes in 2021. What a mistake that was.

If your coming back from being absent awhile.......DONT!!!!! This is not the loot crate you remember. The crates have been down sized so badly they don't even come in boxes anymore.....there's still shipping delays....and customer service is a joke they talk to you like your a rebellious child. Ridiculous. This company should be forced to change it's name calling itself lootcrate is living off a past success that's dead

They don’t send what you pick for the box. They send random stuff. One box was filled with Harry Potter and Star Wars when it should have been ALL Pokémon. My son doesn’t like Star Wars or Harry Potter … so to say my son was dissatisfied on his birthday morning is an understatement. On top of that the box isn’t cheap and one box I paid for premium which means you get more items. My second box should have been about Switch stuff… NOTHING WAS ABOUT THE SWITCH…

waited 2-3 months for the wizarding world ravenclaw crate for my wife’s birthday. finally came after spending almost $50 dollars for it and received a keychain and a tiny umbrella. NOT WORTH ALMOST $50.

Absolute SCAM!!! Paid over $50 plus $25 of shipping and it took them 3 month to send it plus only got a pair of sock, a couple of pins, a digusting plush toy and a revolting plastic toy from transformer! Be aware and do not ever order from this awful company! Avoid at all COST!!!

They didn't send through 5 crates of the 12 month subscription I purchased. I had to keep following up and complaining and they eventually gave me a 6 month subscription credit. Although, they initially wanted me to pay for postage again and I had to keep going through support again as I wasn't willing to pay anything further as they hadn't delivered what I had already paid for. They then proceeded to not send any of the 6 month subscription to me and now all pending shipments have a message "cancelled Reason: other". I've made a couple of attempts to contact support about the still missing crates, but they haven't even bothered to respond. They just seem to be a scam of a company now who will take money and not deliver the items promised.

Do not order anything from loot crate no matter what. I would trust a fly protecting me from 10 grizzly bears before I ever trusted loot crate to ship literally anything. They give you absolutely no idea when the items will ship like their pandoras box. I had no idea they charged me 3 times because not a single one of there stupid dollar tree merch boxes has even shipped yet. My disappointment is immeasurable and my day is ruined.

Ordered two lootwear for her, waited two years!!! Both weren’t the items I ordered, one wasn’t even a woman’s top. Refused to refund, offered socks! Like I want to wait two more years for some socks!!

I have not received 1 crate but have been charged for 4. Just started asking and all of a sudden, they shipped December's. But still no answers on May, August & October's all from 2022. This is a scam. lessoned learned.

DO NOT BUY FROM LOOT CRATE. They WILL steal your money and you will not get what you ordered. As you can see from many other reviewers, they are a SCAM. They owe us all money and will not return calls or e-mails. Not even the Better Business Bureau can reach them. Shut this company DOWN!!!

I order 3 box in november 2021. And i got my box in january 2023. The only thing the box have was a pair of sock and a t-shirt. I ask so many time in the last year for a refund and they don't want to refund me. I say it IT'S A SCAM!!!

My experience with lootcrate was 100% awful. I never recieved what I actually ordered, instead i receieved 3 boxes of JUNK more than 2 years after I placed my order for a single specialty box, and it took so long for customer service to even respond their refusal to help that they may as well not have responded at all. I was scammed out of hundreds of dollars, my time was wasted, and not a single person was competent, let alone helpful. I will NEVER do business with this company again, and actively tell people to avoid the company. Worst shopping experience ever!

Ordered Rick and Morty 4 crate subscription Sept 2020. Received 3 crates (all late) but I bought in to their supply issues story and RENEWED my subscription in Sept 2021 and have received 2 crates since then with another promised. HERE IS WHAT TO DO. Collect all information you can from the Your Account page. You can get LC#s and the dates your crates were delivered. Send a fresh email, not a reply, and formally ask for a refund of crates paid for but not SHIPPED. THEN call your credit card company and file a claim. Mine was for FRAUD for advertising a 4-crate plan and shipping 3. Loot Crate asked me for pictures of the missing crates.... PROBLEM SOLVED

Bought a limited run of 4 Gundam themed Loot Crates. Received the first 3 and when checking on the status of the fourth, found it was cancelled. I DID NOT cancel it. Sent a support request (sent a second one on a different date) and EVERY response was “Due to an increase in volume…. We will get back to you shortly.” I replied to those emails every week for 3 months, only to have the same response, is absolutely disrespectful. Cancelling a customers order without their consent, not reaching out to say if there was an issue with production to either offer a refund and refusing to reply is an affront to their customers. I had a few issues with the second and third loot crates, but quickly remedied after one email to their customer service line. So they have the affinity to have good customer service but chose to the opposite. I had found other crates on their site that had peaked my interest but after this blatant act of disregard to a customer, I can not in good conscience recommend them to anyone. And if the other reviews are to be believe, it is amazing that they are still in business.

I received my box and it has 4 items in it. All items could be purchased on amazon. The total value was a lot LESS than I paid. This is a SCAM. Why would ANYONE buy a random grab bag of goods worth LESS than they paid for them? I reached out to the company and their response was "I understand that you might be sad about this situation. However, we already clearly mentioned on our website that we don't accept returns and refunds." I followed up again and they offered a discount if ordered another box. I said I don't want another box, I want to return my items or at least get a free box. Their response was basically "well, sometimes you screwed and somethings you get a good box." They then blocked my email account. I spoke to my credit card company and the response was "this type of thing is a very common scam. If the exact goods aren't specified, they can send you can ANYTHING, worth ANY amount, and there is nothing you can do to get your money back"
