Absolutely horrible customer service. I have been billed for TWO boxes in a subscription now, and I have yet to see either of them. I placed my order in MARCH of 2021. It is now Mid June.
I had originally sent a message to their customer service department about now receiving the first box, and they told me I would definitely get shipping notification by June 11th. It's June 16th, and still nothing. However, I WAS charged today for a second box, at a higher price. I am now trying to cancel my subscription and get these charges refunded, but since their response time for customer service is so abysmal, I doubt it will be fixed until next week. I wish I could speak to the actual products in the box, but turns out you have to actually ship that to people - not just take their money - for that to happen.
