I ordered a crate subscription as a Christmas gift for someone. The order was placed a month and a half before Christmas. At the time of the order the shipping guide said orders were shipped the 25th of the current month (my order was placed almost two weeks before this shipping date). When I didn't receive any notice that the crate had shipped I contacted customer support and was told my crate would ship in late January. I understand if there are supply issues but if something is going to take two and a half months to ship out then they shouldn't be offering it for sale on their site. They certainly didn't wait two and a half months to take my money. This is a company that's only concerned about getting paid and doesn't care at all about their customers.
