I ordered a single crate in September so that I could judge whether to continue subscribing. They delayed my order and charged me for the next crate without sending the first. I cancelled immediately. My late October crate was delayed to Late November, then late December. It's now March. The delay chart on the website says my second ships this month, but my first isn't even listed anymore. I can't check my account to see if it was delivered or fulfilled because my password (suspiciously) doesn't work anymore, and the website will not send the link to change it, as it says it has. I'm now cut off from communicating with them. No chance of reversing the charge with the bank, it's been too long. Goodbye $130. It was fun earning you!
