Bought a limited run of 4 Gundam themed Loot Crates. Received the first 3 and when checking on the status of the fourth, found it was cancelled. I DID NOT cancel it. Sent a support request (sent a second one on a different date) and EVERY response was “Due to an increase in volume…. We will get back to you shortly.” I replied to those emails every week for 3 months, only to have the same response, is absolutely disrespectful. Cancelling a customers order without their consent, not reaching out to say if there was an issue with production to either offer a refund and refusing to reply is an affront to their customers. I had a few issues with the second and third loot crates, but quickly remedied after one email to their customer service line. So they have the affinity to have good customer service but chose to the opposite. I had found other crates on their site that had peaked my interest but after this blatant act of disregard to a customer, I can not in good conscience recommend them to anyone. And if the other reviews are to be believe, it is amazing that they are still in business.
