Ordered Rick and Morty 4 crate subscription Sept 2020. Received 3 crates (all late) but I bought in to their supply issues story and RENEWED my subscription in Sept 2021 and have received 2 crates since then with another promised. HERE IS WHAT TO DO.
Collect all information you can from the Your Account page. You can get LC#s and the dates your crates were delivered. Send a fresh email, not a reply, and formally ask for a refund of crates paid for but not SHIPPED. THEN call your credit card company and file a claim. Mine was for FRAUD for advertising a 4-crate plan and shipping 3. Loot Crate asked me for pictures of the missing crates.... PROBLEM SOLVED
