Loot crate used to be a good company that offered a loot box with varied contents that always shipped on time and arrived within the expected time frame. Unfortunately that is no longer the case, nowadays they are simply a money hungry company that offer more types of boxes than they can handle and constantly delay boxes while continuing to charge you for them. Most boxes are now delayed at least a full month and contain nothing of value. The only response you get from them is a generic cut and paste response citing manufacturing delays, the company has no remorse for their letting down countless customers by constantly delaying crates. When 5 out of every 6 crates is 1 to 2 months late, then the company has a serious problem and needs to get it fixed. For the price they charge for $10 worth of random junk they shouldn't have issues like this. Now onto my main issue with them, they frequently continue charging for subscriptions even after you cancel the subscription. I got lucky and noticed the charges after 2 months and was able to dispute the charges with my bank, but a company who tries to sneak in charges like that is absolutely disgusting. Even should they fix their delay problems I wouldn't go back to them. I will stick to other geek/nerd based loot boxes instead. Don't even get me started on how they delete any and all negative comments on their social media pages in order to hide how many of their customers are upset with them.
