This is my 3rd year with Loot Crate... first year was awesome, but they've been going downhill for the last 2 years and now I'm done. Always late, support staff never have any real answers to give, and the stuff they send has been not as good or repeats of stuff they've sent before. They are literally a shipping company that can't or won't ship things. I have a Loot Vault order that has been sitting in the warehouse in "preshipment" since 11/6/18... it is now 12/4/18 and still no movement and nothing but doubletalk from support about the issue. I have a year sub to regular Loot Crate and EVERY month the crate is late. I tried the Loot Fright and prepaid in June for the Sept crate... it didn't come until almost the end of October... they were literally trying to charge me for the next crate before I even got the 1st one. Worst company ever and they clearly don't care about their customers. Go to eBay or BoxLunch... stay away from Loot Crate unless you want to deal with anxiety and frustration.
