I ordered a gift for a friend and over a week later I had still heard nothing regarding whether it was processed or shipped. I e-mailed them and the following e-mail thread occurred:

Thank you for contacting us regarding the unfulfilled item(s) on your order. Unfortunately, due to a system error, these items were not processed. Rest assured, we are working to have this resolved ASAP. We are currently estimating to have your order hopefully processed in the next 2-3 weeks. If there are any other updates regarding your item(s) you will be notified as well.
Of course, we understand this has been a lengthy process already. If you would not like to wait for this period of time, please let me know and I can have your order canceled and refunded.

So sorry for the delay! I have been informed by our warehouse that the team will be spending the next week going through split/unfulfilled orders in order to ship them out as soon as possible. If, for some reason, the item is no longer in stock, then you should be receiving a refund for the purchasing price. Please let us know if you do not receive an email update from our Loot Vault team by the end of next week.

As you can see, the original offer for a refund is now suddenly off the table, or so it appears.
This company is a sham and I will be reporting them to the BBB.
